The Ferrari 499P was a prototype developed for the Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) category. Its advanced hybrid all-wheel-drive system combined a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V-6 engine with a front-mounted MGU to produce a total output of 500kW. Upon Ferrari’s return to Le Mans in 2023, the car went up against a field of its strongest rivals and came out on top, securing overall victory. This would mark Ferrari’s first victory at Le Mans in 58 years.
