This collector's car took the nickname of Enzo Ferrari's son, Alfredo "Dino," who passed away at the age of 24.
An evolution of the Dino 206GT introduced in 1968, the Dino 246GT was named in honor of Enzo Ferrari’s late son. The aluminum body was replaced with a steel construction, and the wheelbase was extended to enhance control and high-speed stability. The cast-iron block V-6 was enlarged to 2.4 liters, producing 192.3 HP and 166.4 ft-lb of torque.
