About this car
A priceless unrestored example of a Gran Turismo Award winner.
The 500 Mondial Pinin Farina Coupe, a car built for the 1954 Tour de France, featured a chassis and engine developed by Ferrari and bodywork by Pininfarina. Although it never competed in the Tour as intended, an unrestored example later won the prestigious Gran Turismo Award at the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
