Terms and Conditions

1.Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GT7 Dealership (the "site") and the account, price-watch alerts and driver profile it offers. You accept them when you create an account by ticking the box and pressing "Accept and create account". If you do not accept them, do not create an account; the public pages stay open to everyone.

2.The service

GT7 Dealership is an independent fan site about Gran Turismo 7. Once a day it reads car prices, dealer stock and valuations from the game's public sources (gran-turismo.com, gtplus.app, ddm999/gt7info and the in-game Car Valuation Service) and shows them here.

With an account you can watch cars and receive alerts by email when a rule you set becomes true, and keep a public driver profile under your PSN ID.

3.Eligibility and accounts

There is no minimum age. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms and Conditions for you.

• One account per person.
• Register only a PSN Online ID that you own. The Verified badge shows that you proved ownership through gran-turismo.com; an unverified PSN ID is self-declared.
• Keep your email address current and secure: sign-in links are sent to it.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload or interfere with the site, its email or its sign-in system;
• scrape or bulk-download the site or its API, or use automated means to create accounts;
• impersonate anyone, or register a PSN ID that is not yours;
• try to get around limits, security checks or other people's privacy.

5.Alerts and data accuracy

Alerts are best effort. Data is read once a day and may be late, wrong or missing, for example when the game or a source changes, or when a reading fails. An email may arrive after the price has changed again, or not at all.

Nothing on the site is financial advice or advice about in-game decisions. The service is provided without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or available.

6.Plans and limits

Current limits, such as the number of cars you can watch, are shown in My watches and may change. We may introduce paid plans or paid features; we will announce them before they start, and you will not be charged without choosing to buy.

7.Intellectual property and trademarks

Gran Turismo, PlayStation and the names, logos and images of cars and manufacturers belong to their owners. GT7 Dealership is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Polyphony Digital or any manufacturer. Car images are loaded from gran-turismo.com.

8.Suspension and termination

By you: delete your account at any time from My watches. Deletion is confirmed by email and scheduled with a 48 hour grace period in which you can cancel; after that your account is erased.

By us: we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service, and we may change or end the service.

9.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or relying on the site, its data or its alerts, including missed or wrong alerts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned. When they change, the version and date above change, and we tell signed-in users. Material changes ask you to accept the new version before you continue using your account.

11.Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the site.
