About this car
This very unqiue sports car was the first from Mercedes-Benz and is known for its characteristic boat tail styling.
This car earned double honors at the 2017 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, capturing both Best of Show and the Gran Turismo Trophy. Produced between 1926 and 1933, what many regard as Mercedes-Benz’s first true sports car was the vision of Ferdinand Porsche. Powered by a supercharged 7.0-liter inline-6, it was wrapped in elegant "boat tail" coachwork crafted by Barker.
